Senior Manager, Managed Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Managed Care Contracting to drive the managed care process and contribute to growth in the infusion space.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate, develop, negotiate, and monitor contracts with local, regional, national, and government payers
• Oversee claims processing, appeals management, and utilization management to prevent revenue leakage
• Coordinate Managed Care Contracting efforts with newly acquired organizations and partnerships

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Health Care
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in managed care contracting or provider network management
• Proven experience negotiating contracts with Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Managed Care, and commercial payers
• Understanding of reimbursement strategies and the national payer landscape
• Familiarity with evolving healthcare legislation and compliance requirements is a plus
