Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team for service enablement and operational engineering
• Establish engineering standards and operational architectures for scalable managed services
• Define and implement operational architecture, including monitoring, automation, and ticketing workflows

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in enterprise infrastructure, network, cloud, or security domains
• 5+ years leading engineering teams in managed services or large-scale enterprise settings
• Proven experience designing and operationalizing production-grade services in complex environments
• Expertise in network engineering, cloud/infrastructure platforms, or security infrastructure/operations
• Experience designing operational architectures with monitoring and automation at scale
