Senior Manager, Market Access

Job Summary

To enhance patient access to diagnostic technologies, the remote Senior Manager, Market Access will refine and execute coverage strategies, secure coding and payment from payers, and engage with stakeholders to demonstrate clinical and economic value.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine coverage, coding, and payment strategies for diagnostics products and secure necessary diagnostic codes
• Build relationships with medical directors and present data to secure positive coverage policies
• Advise cross-functional teams on clinical utility study design and ensure compliance with healthcare standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare industry experience, with 7+ years in reimbursement and market access, preferably in diagnostics
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related field
• Prior success in market access for LDT or IVD products with a deep understanding of HEOR and managed care
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
