Senior Manager, Market Access Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Field Market Access Operations Analytics (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytical and reporting tools for Field Nurse Educator (FNE) and Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM) teams
• Partner with colleagues across Business Operations and Analytics to align on best practices and leverage common platforms
• Onboard team members to analytical tools and facilitate root cause analysis as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in market access, particularly for products dispensed through specialty pharmacy
• Knowledge of field reimbursement and nursing functions, along with patient support programs
• Experience with CRM and data reporting/visualization tools (e.g., Veeva, PowerBI)
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience with a preference for analytics experience
