Leading global market intelligence and competitive insights, the full-time Senior Manager, Market Intelligence will shape strategic direction for the Advanced Surgery division, utilizing analytics to inform long-range planning and business development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global market intelligence and competitive insights across surgical categories
• Own annual global market sizing and forecasting, collaborating with regional teams
• Translate complex data into strategic insights and recommendations for senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Experience analyzing healthcare or medical device datasets such as Premier, SG2, or IQVIA
• Strong capability in Excel-based modeling, forecasting, and market sizing
• Working experience with SAS, R, or SPSS; SQL or Python
• Familiarity with medical coding and procedure-based analytics
• Demonstrated ability to present complex analyses to executive audiences
