Leading market intelligence and competitive insights, the full-time Senior Manager Market Intelligence will shape strategic direction for the Advanced Surgery business, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity within EST or CST time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global market intelligence and competitive insights for hemostats, sealants, and adhesion prevention categories
• Own annual global market sizing and forecasting while delivering biannual market share analyses for long-range planning
• Translate complex data into executive-ready insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Experience analyzing healthcare or medical device datasets such as Premier, SG2, DRG, or IQVIA
• Strong capability in Excel-based modeling, forecasting, and market sizing
• Working knowledge of SAS, R, SPSS, SQL, or Python
• Familiarity with medical coding and claims or charge-level data analytics
• Demonstrated ability to present complex analyses as clear strategic insights for executive audiences
