Job Summary
Driving incremental revenue growth, the full-time Senior Manager, Lifecycle & Partner Marketing will optimize digital customer experiences and enhance loyalty promotions through strategic marketing initiatives, while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects that enhance member experiences and drive revenue growth
- Utilize consumer insights to develop and execute loyalty promotions strategies
- Analyze promotion effectiveness and implement best practices to improve performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Six years of relevant professional experience in marketing or a related function
- Strong foundation in CRM/customer marketing program measurement and ROI analysis
- Expertise in managing end-to-end marketing campaign development
- Knowledge of marketing technology (Martech) and promotion capabilities
