Job Summary
Leading marketing orchestration operations, the full-time Senior Manager, Marketing Automation Strategy will own the operational strategy for data-driven engagement across the buyer journey, collaborating closely with various teams to enhance customer experiences remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and govern the operational framework for marketing programs, ensuring coordinated buyer journeys
- Own contact strategy, including audience prioritization and engagement governance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven, automated, and AI-enabled marketing processes
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, or related B2B marketing roles
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong understanding of lifecycle architecture and customer journey design
- Demonstrated experience applying AI in marketing use cases
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and influence cross-functional teams
