Senior Manager, Medical Affairs

Job Summary

To contribute to the strategies of the Evidence Generation Team, the contract remote Senior Manager, Medical Affairs will manage the development and review of study documents, execute data analyses using real-world data, and communicate results to cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and critical appraisal of study protocols for research projects utilizing real-world data
• Lead or assist in the creation of statistical analysis plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Conduct data reviews to ensure the quality and reliability of primary and secondary data collected

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Statistics, or related discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience
• Experience working with a broad range of real-world data in academia, contract research organizations, or the biopharmaceutical industry
• In-depth knowledge of claims-based real-world data and experience in oncology research
• Familiarity with electronic health records and registry databases
• Proficiency in statistical analysis programming languages commonly used in life sciences, such as SAS or R
