Senior Manager, Medical Affairs

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Medical Affairs will manage the evaluation, tracking, and closure of Investigator Initiated Studies (IISs) while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in a hybrid work environment based in New York City or remotely on the East Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively share project status and facilitate cross-functional team discussions to achieve project goals
• Ensure compliant processes consistent with medical and promotional review guidelines and industry regulations
• Support the generation of reports and data insights to drive operational decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree (PharmD/PhD) preferred
• 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotherapeutics industry
• 3+ years of Medical Affairs leadership experience
• Experience in drug safety, pharmacovigilance, and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead large, cross-functional projects
