Job Summary

To optimize revenue and minimize medical claim delays, the full-time Senior Manager, Medical Collections will serve as a liaison between clinical departments and leadership while overseeing collection staff and improving billing operations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Train, oversee, and mentor collection staff to ensure timely and accurate collection activities
• Collaborate with other managers to enhance staffing and work prioritization
• Prepare statistical reports and audit problem accounts to resolve issues in billing and collections

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of financial operations and management
• Ability to implement strategies for organizational effectiveness and change management
