Senior Manager Medical Information

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of medical information activities, the remote Senior Manager, Medical Information will manage timely and compliant responses to medical inquiries, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee medical information operations for the company’s portfolio and pipeline programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to and oversee accurate medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders
• Manage the Medical Information database and ensure operational excellence in inquiry management
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to optimize medical information processes and ensure compliance

Required qualifications:

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, NP, MD, or relevant life sciences degree)
• 5+ years of experience in Medical Information, Medical Affairs, or relevant clinical practice, preferably in oncology, hematology, or rare diseases
• Experience with new product launches preferred
• Strong medical writing and literature evaluation skills
• Understanding of regulations related to unsolicited medical information requests
