Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Medical Review workflows, templates, and processes
• Coordinate inter-team scheduling and manage the Medical Review team calendar
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements proactively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, business, or operational discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs operations or related regulated environment
• Demonstrated experience managing complex workflows in a matrixed organization
• Strong proficiency with Veeva Vault and Microsoft tools
• Experience supporting operational systems and process improvements
