Senior Manager Medicare Communications

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Manager Medicare Communications, this full-time remote position will advise Medicare Advantage and Part D health plan clients on member experience and communications strategies, focusing on improving Stars performance and enhancing member engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to PBM Medicare health plan clients on Stars improvement initiatives, focusing on CAHPS, adherence, and member experience
• Design and optimize member-facing communications that are CMS compliant and effectively encourage desired actions
• Leverage performance data and analytics to identify gaps in communication effectiveness and opportunities to improve adherence and CAHPS outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare marketing communications
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing communication strategies
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
