• Manage a portfolio of large health plan partners, contributing as a senior individual contributor
• Build trusted relationships with partners to drive enrollment and improve outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client-facing roles within digital health or healthcare services
• Experience with regulated healthcare environments (Fully Insured, Medicare, Medicaid)
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Experience managing complex accounts and influencing partner decisions
• Strong relationship-building skills at senior levels
