Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager Member Lifecycle & Growth Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect email campaigns and create sophisticated segmentation and trigger-based flows
- Own enrollment forecasting methodology and track performance against benchmarks
- Lead marketing strategy in client meetings and collaborate with the Client Success team
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in Braze or similar tools for driving conversion and retention
- Proficient in Looker/Excel for data analysis and A/B testing
- Understanding of healthcare landscape, including PHI and Open Enrollment cycles
- Experience in developing marketing strategies and managing client relationships
- Ability to create compelling messaging based on product value propositions
