Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Member Lifecycle & Growth Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect email campaigns and create sophisticated segmentation and trigger-based flows
  • Own enrollment forecasting methodology and track performance against benchmarks
  • Lead marketing strategy in client meetings and collaborate with the Client Success team
Required Qualifications
  • Expertise in Braze or similar tools for driving conversion and retention
  • Proficient in Looker/Excel for data analysis and A/B testing
  • Understanding of healthcare landscape, including PHI and Open Enrollment cycles
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies and managing client relationships
  • Ability to create compelling messaging based on product value propositions
