Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Member Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement new service strategies in consultation with the Director, Member Services
  • Represent the needs of Member Services on cross-functional projects and provide strategic advice to member colleges
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the custom platform, offering advanced technical expertise to teams and members
Required Qualifications
  • Must reside in the United States and be willing to travel for twice annual retreats
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in management, communications, account management, or customer service roles
  • 2-4 years of experience in a people management role
  • Knowledge of the higher education admissions cycle and best practices in account management
