Job Summary
To enhance customer engagement and loyalty, the full-time salaried Senior Manager, Membership Marketing will lead the development and execution of a multi-year marketing strategy for small business products, focusing on membership value and personalized communication strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of an integrated marketing strategy to drive sustained customer engagement and loyalty
- Develop data-driven insights to inform messaging, positioning, and content that elevate customer perceptions of Membership Value
- Design a comprehensive measurement framework to assess marketing impact and translate results into strategic insights for senior leadership
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in marketing, particularly in digital, lifecycle, or loyalty marketing
