Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Membership Operations (R&D).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define membership KPIs and translate business priorities into a multi-quarter roadmap with measurable milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of program features and experiments
  • Manage resources and vendor relationships while maintaining operational standards and driving continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in digital media or subscription products
  • Proven success in managing cross-functional programs that impact subscription or membership KPIs
  • Experience in managing external vendors and complex integrations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs and interpret data
  • Familiarity with membership/subscription economics is a plus
