Job Summary

Leading a global team of technology professionals, the full-time Senior Manager Merchandise Technology will define and execute the technology strategy for allocation platforms, focusing on modernization, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business strategy and manage the technology budget
• Oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of core systems, including allocation planning and inventory optimization
• Lead and develop a globally distributed team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective collaboration across regions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in retail or merchandising technology leadership roles
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale merchandising technology solutions
• Hands-on experience with allocation, replenishment, and inventory optimization systems
• Experience leading globally distributed teams and managing vendors and SaaS platforms
