Senior Manager, Microsoft Identity Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, End User Productivity - Microsoft Identity Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas regional service for Microsoft Identity Platforms, ensuring service health and performance
• Manage incidents and problem resolution, coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Oversee identity modernization initiatives and collaborate with security teams to implement identity controls

Required Qualifications

• Architecture-related certification (e.g., TOGAF) preferred
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity and Access Management technologies
• Solid understanding of modern authentication and Microsoft identity security best practices
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms
• 7+ years of experience in technical, platform engineering, or infrastructure roles
