Job Summary

Leading a team of full-cycle Account Executives, the full-time Senior Manager, Mid-Market will drive new logo acquisition and account expansion in a remote environment while executing sales strategies and coaching team members through complex deals.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop AE team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set and implement sales strategies aligned with growth objectives
  • Track and assess team performance through key metrics and KPIs, providing coaching to optimize outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales with 2+ years of people management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills focused on driving results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools
