Job Summary
Leading the monitoring, learning, and evaluation (MLE) strategy for the Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation (MMS) and Iron and Folic Acid (IFA) programs, the full-time Senior Manager, MLE Strategy will provide technical oversight, develop MLE frameworks, and support program expansion decisions while working remotely within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and maintenance of MMS's global MLE framework and oversee IFA's multi-country MLE strategy
- Identify MLE design strengths and risks, ensuring alignment with program phases and supporting decision-making for scale-up and adaptation
- Manage MLE scopes of work and budgets for MMS and IFA, prioritizing multiple work streams and developing direct reports
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in developing M&E frameworks, conducting implementation research, and designing M&E activities
- Advanced degree (Master's required) in quantitative fields such as economics, statistics, epidemiology, or public health
- Strong knowledge of M&E design methodologies and experience leading large-scale primary data collection
- High proficiency in Stata and/or R for managing and analyzing large quantitative datasets
- Demonstrated ability to provide senior-level technical leadership and manage direct reports effectively
