Job Summary

Leading the monitoring, learning, and evaluation (MLE) strategy for the Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation (MMS) and Iron and Folic Acid (IFA) programs, the full-time Senior Manager, MLE Strategy will provide technical leadership, oversee data collection and analysis, and support program expansion decisions, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid model from Washington D.C.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of MMS's global MLE framework and provide oversight for IFA's multi-country MLE strategy
  • Manage large-scale primary data collection efforts, including survey design and data quality protocols, while guiding implementation research for both programs
  • Collaborate with program leadership to identify MLE evidence needs and translate findings into actionable insights for scale-up decisions
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing M&E frameworks and conducting implementation research
  • Advanced degree (Master's required) in a quantitative field such as economics, statistics, or public health
  • Proficiency in Stata (required) and/or R, with experience in managing and analyzing large datasets
  • Demonstrated ability to provide senior-level technical leadership in complex MLE design and implementation
  • Experience managing and developing direct reports, including technical coaching and performance management
