Job Summary
To support the scale-up of nutrition programs, the full-time Senior Manager, MLE Strategy will lead the design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks for Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation (MMS) and Iron and Folic Acid (IFA) programs, providing technical oversight and strategic guidance in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of global MLE frameworks and country strategies for MMS and IFA programs, ensuring alignment with scale-up decisions
- Oversee large-scale primary data collection efforts, including survey design and data quality protocols, while managing analysis plans and outputs
- Provide technical leadership and thought partnership to regional teams, translating complex MLE findings into actionable insights for program leadership and donors
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in developing M&E frameworks, conducting implementation research, and designing M&E activities
- Advanced degree (Master's required) in a quantitative field such as economics, statistics, epidemiology, or public health
- Experience leading large-scale primary data collection and managing data quality protocols
- High proficiency in Stata and/or R for managing and analyzing large quantitative datasets
- Demonstrated ability to provide senior-level technical leadership on complex MLE design and implementation
