Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Home Lending Fraud Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize fraud prevention strategies for Mortgage and Home Equity products
• Conduct in-depth analysis of fraud trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions
• Monitor fraud risk and performance outcomes, documenting results and driving actions to mitigate fraud loss

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Mortgage and/or Home Equity fraud prevention strategy
• Proven track record of successful fraud prevention strategy development and implementation
• Strong background in utilizing technology, AI, and automation for fraud strategies
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience in leading initiatives and driving results through collaboration
