Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, MSP Business Development - North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, recruit, and close high-value MSP partners across the US and Canada
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for large to mid-sized MSPs, focusing on displacing legacy competitors
  • Engage directly with MSP principals and executives to drive new revenue growth and articulate business value


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in North American IT/Cybersecurity sales
  • Proven track record of recruiting and closing large-scale MSP partners
  • Deep understanding of the North American MSP business model and related operations
  • Ability to manage a complex field sales funnel and forecast recruitment cycles
  • Expert negotiation skills with experience in multi-stakeholder deals at the executive level
