Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a client liaison and manage project execution, budget, and deliverables
• Support business development by understanding market impacts and contributing to practice growth
• Manage, develop, and mentor staff, while participating in recruiting and professional development activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, public administration, or education is required
• Minimum of eight years of progressive consulting experience, including three years in the municipal sector
• Knowledge of public sector operations, including state or local government and public utilities
• Demonstrated management and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Strong understanding of management and risk consulting, with the ability to develop a business plan for a consulting team
