Job Summary

Driving National Accounts growth remotely, the full-time Senior Manager, National Accounts will manage strategic initiatives, analyze data for improvement opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute impactful projects.

Key responsibilities

• Steward key strategic initiatives from concept through execution, utilizing AI tools for research and modeling
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform decision-making and drive Pro success
• Program manage large strategic changes, ensuring collaboration across multiple teams and providing updates to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 4-8 years of experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business development, or operations
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in AI productivity tools
• Experience in management consulting at a top firm is a plus
• Demonstrated interest in home services and product-driven organizations
