Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of a strategic vision for the NLP organization
Drive the integration of cutting-edge NLP techniques to solve complex problems and add value to customers
Identify opportunities to fuel the company's products with NLP and GenAI outcomes

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in a quantitative field
10+ years of experience in Natural Language Processing & Artificial Intelligence
5+ years of experience managing teams using NLP or advanced data science technologies
5+ years of experience working in Healthcare or Life Science domains
Demonstrated NLP & GenAI development experience in an Agile environment
