Senior Manager, Network and Telecommunications

Job Summary

Leading a centralized network and telecommunications team, the full-time Senior Manager, Network and Telecommunications will oversee the operation and security of enterprise network services and contact-center platforms while ensuring alignment with business needs and technology strategies in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise network and telecommunications services, ensuring performance, security, and reliability
• Lead and develop teams, establishing clear expectations, priorities, and performance objectives while fostering a collaborative culture
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology plans, managing vendor relationships and operational escalations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• At least five years of experience managing a technology-focused team with a strong operational background
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise infrastructure, networking, and telecommunications technologies
• Strong understanding of operational practices including incident, problem, and change management
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
