Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for optical engineering teams in the design and deployment of optical network infrastructure and automation systems
• Drive deployment of strategic projects, ensuring timely execution and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Manage budget forecasts and expenditures for network projects to ensure financial accountability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role focused on optical networks
• Proven expertise in the design and deployment of DWDM systems and optical network infrastructure
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets for large-scale network projects
