Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Network Management in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and execute contracts with provider networks
• Implement fee for service and value-based agreements with key healthcare providers
• Recruit providers to ensure network expansion and adequacy targets are met

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience negotiating with provider systems or groups
• Proven knowledge of provider financial issues and competitor strategies
• Experience in commercial, individual exchange, and Medicare contracting
• Experience with hospital systems and groups
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
