Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategy development and execution of contracts with providers and delivery systems
• Conduct research, analysis, and audits to ensure contract integrity and performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage provider compensation and pricing development activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in negotiating managed care contracts
• Proven knowledge of healthcare-related provider financial issues and regulatory requirements
• Experience with value-based contracting and negotiations
• Proficient in MS Office, especially with pivot tables and v-lookup
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
