Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Network Management for Medicaid VBC in Kentucky and West Virginia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative value-based solutions with strategic provider partners for Medicaid businesses
- Manage contract performance, drive development of value-based contract relationships, and recruit providers as needed
- Recommend training programs, align network functions with operations, and ensure network compliance with state requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 3-4 years Managed Care Network Value Based Contracting experience with 2-3 years in Medicaid Network
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Medicaid Regulatory Standards, and ability to work in a matrixed organization
- Bachelor's degree in a closely-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
