Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Network Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day network operations ensuring availability, performance, and stability
• Manage a 24x7 operational coverage model and incident communications for high-impact events
• Oversee network incident management practices and maintain compliance with service level agreements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Relevant technical certifications preferred (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, F5, ZScaler)
• 5-7 years of information technology experience, including NOC or comparable 24x7 operations
• 2+ years of experience in leading a technical operations or network team
• 3 years of project management experience preferred
