Senior Manager Network Operations

Job Summary

Managing network maintenance operations remotely, the full-time Senior Manager Network Operations will oversee subordinate supervisors, ensure adherence to budgets and performance requirements, and provide technical support for network surveillance, software, and hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Lead teams providing 24/7 support for network surveillance, software, and hardware issues
• Establish and manage network operations schedules and performance metrics
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding network events and resolutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent training and experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience with communications networks
• Three years of management experience with proven leadership abilities
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work weekends and nights when necessary
