Senior Manager, Network Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Network Planning & Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a repeatable fiber due diligence program supporting data center development projects
• Gather and document customer requirements to pre-qualify sites for specific use cases
• Lead business meetings to address connectivity challenges and manage vendor relationships across European fiber providers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in telecom, datacenter, or cloud infrastructure
• Experience with metro, long-haul, and submarine networks throughout EMEA
• Ability to interpret technical addenda in telecom contracts and conduct basic financial modeling
• Proficient in project management software and tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Excel
• Technical Project Management certification (preferably PMP) is preferred
