Key Responsibilities

• Develop network intelligence frameworks for market prioritization and partnership evaluation
• Lead market intelligence initiatives across major U.S. metros, focusing on access and cost trends
• Design scalable partnership models and provide insights into payer economics and network strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building and leading large teams in matrixed environments
• Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience negotiating contracts with channel partners and agencies
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including C-level executives
