Senior Manager, NFST

Job Summary

Managing the Non-Funded Support Team, the full-time Senior Manager, NFST will oversee compliance support cases, ensure timely review and approval of disposition requests, and act as a key stakeholder for audits and compliance inquiries, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Non-Funded Support Team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of non-funded loans
• Manage compliance support cases and act as the primary contact for new product implementations, conducting necessary testing
• Participate in the Risk Management lifecycle by managing tickets in JIRA and ensuring adherence to ECOA and FCRA regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry
• At least 2 years of experience in a compliance and/or risk role
• 1 year of experience managing teams and reviewing outputs
• Working knowledge of JIRA and understanding of ECOA and FCRA regulations
