Senior Manager, NFST
Job Summary
Managing the Non-Funded Support Team, the full-time Senior Manager, NFST will oversee daily operations, ensuring timely review and approval of disposition requests while acting as a key stakeholder for audits and compliance inquiries related to ECOA and FCRA in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee all LOS pipelines to ensure timely disposition and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage the Disposition Team and ensure accurate handling of compliance support cases
- Act as a primary contact for implementing new products and conducting necessary testing for compliance
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry
- At least 2 years of experience in a compliance and/or risk role
- Experience managing teams and reviewing team outputs
- Familiarity with JIRA and knowledge of ECOA and FCRA regulations
