Senior Manager, Obesity Analytics
Job Summary
To support the growing need for effective healthcare solutions, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Obesity Analytics will manage business analytics, develop dashboards, and provide insights to enhance access and reimbursement strategies for obesity-related products.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and integrate targeted payer control analyses into tracking systems
- Evaluate partner capabilities to inform pricing and coverage strategies
- Design and develop obesity-specific modules within contracting deal modeling platforms
Required qualifications:
- Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 4 years, or Bachelor's degree with 6 years, or Associate's degree with 10 years, or high school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
- Experience with product launches in the cardio metabolic disease area
- Understanding of PBM account/formulary structure and contracting process
- 5+ years of healthcare experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or strategy consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of business strategies
