Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager for Object Storage PaaS in a Hybrid-Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, build, and mentor a high-performing team of object storage service engineers
• Define and execute the team's vision and roadmap aligned with strategic goals
• Oversee the design, implementation, and operation of Object Storage Services across multiple cloud environments

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical leadership and management roles
• Strong understanding of Object Storage Services technologies like CEPH, MinIO, and Containers/Kubernetes/VMs
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and managing Object Storage Services
• Ability to develop and articulate a clear vision aligned with overall technology strategy and business goals
• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, or related fields
