Senior Manager, Observational Research

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Observational Research Senior Manager (Rare Disease).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute studies to support evidence generation, including assessing disease burden and resource utilization
• Identify opportunities to complement interventional studies to reduce drug development time and cost
• Influence cross-functional partners on the utilization of non-interventional research for strategic business questions

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of related research experience, or Master's degree and 6 years, or Bachelor's degree and 8 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High School diploma/GED and 12 years of related research experience
• Preferred doctorate in Epidemiology or a related field with observational research content
• Experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing observational research studies
• Experience working with secondary data systems, including administrative claims, EMR, and registries
• Experience in observational research project planning and management
