Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the strategy for developing long-term relationships with strategic partner reseller customers
  • Accountable for Net Dollar Retention (NDR) and growth targets across the managed customer portfolio
  • Oversee team execution to ensure timely and successful delivery of services, while managing strategic escalations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading an Account Management or Customer Success team within the SaaS industry
  • Proven ability to lead a team to exceed quotas and maintain high customer satisfaction metrics
  • Extensive experience managing a portfolio of global enterprise customers in the SaaS space
  • Expertise in data-driven performance assessments and managing team productivity
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience, collaborating with Sales, Solutions, and Product/Engineering teams
