Senior Manager of Accounting

Job Summary

Owning the consolidation processes and technical accounting research, the full-time Senior Manager of Consolidations & Technical Accounting will focus on intercompany accounting, support the consolidation process, and manage ad hoc projects in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Improve the intercompany accounting process, including reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process using Oracle FCCS/EPM or equivalent tools
• Research and draft technical accounting memos on complex transactions and assist with external audit requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and technical accounting/consolidations
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and consolidation principles (ASC 810)
• Experience in researching and writing technical accounting memos
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP and consolidation systems
