Senior Manager of Accounting
Job Summary
Leading the financial operations for multiple manufacturing sites, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Accounting will oversee the monthly financial close process, ensure compliance with IFRS, and partner with business leaders to drive financial decision-making and process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the monthly financial close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and submit monthly reporting packages, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements
- Analyze financial results, explain variances against budgets, and provide insights to business leaders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA highly preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience managing month-end close and financial reporting
- Knowledge of IFRS and internal controls
- Experience with SAP or another large ERP system
