Senior Manager of Accounting
Job Summary
Leading a high-impact team, the full-time Senior Manager of Accounting will oversee capital forecasting, manage month-end close processes, and ensure financial statement accuracy in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive financial statement accuracy by monitoring compliance with accounting policies and delivering timely month-end closes
- Own capital forecasting and lead monthly business reviews with Senior Finance Leadership to identify risks and opportunities
- Develop and coach staff on capital transactions, reporting, and reconciliations while managing integration planning for newly acquired resorts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred but not required
- 6+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance with demonstrated team management experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience with financial systems such as Planful, nVision, Blackline, and PeopleSoft Financials
- Strong commitment to coaching and mentorship with excellent interpersonal skills
