Senior Manager of Accounts Receivable

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Accounts Receivable and Collections to lead the evolution of AR and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing AR and collections team while overseeing the full-cycle AR process
• Implement scalable processes for collections and drive automation and efficiency improvements
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and manage compliance and reporting for AR accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in AR, collections, or customer-facing billing in high-growth environments
• 4+ years of managerial experience leading high-performing teams
• Proven track record in process automation and optimization of collections workflows
• Proficiency in collection software and financial systems, including Salesforce and Sage Intacct Billing
