Senior Manager of Acquisition

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and performance-minded Senior Manager of Acquisition, this full-time remote position will manage Magic Spoon's paid demand engine across DTC channels, focusing on customer acquisition through platforms such as Meta, YouTube, and podcasts, while providing oversight for Amazon and TikTok Shop in collaboration with external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage paid social acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms, ensuring effective budget management and strategic oversight
• Lead mid-funnel media initiatives, including podcasts, influencer partnerships, and YouTube, while developing measurement strategies to drive incremental growth
• Oversee marketplace strategies for Amazon and TikTok Shop, coordinating with agency partners and cross-functional teams to optimize performance and execution

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in paid media, paid acquisition, or growth marketing with direct channel ownership
• Proven track record in driving paid social acquisition for CPG or DTC brands
• Operational fluency across various performance marketing channels, including podcasts and influencer marketing
• Strong experience in creative strategy and collaboration with creative teams
• Familiarity with measurement methodologies such as MMM and MMT is a plus
